Eligibility and account creation

11Winner restricts real-money features to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction and who possess the capacity to enter a binding contract. Each person may hold only one account. Shared, transferred, or duplicate accounts, or accounts opened with false information, are not allowed.

The platform may require identity, age, address, and payment verification, which includes PAN, Aadhaar where used, passport details and utility bills. Failure to complete these checks or a mismatch in submitted details can result in limits, suspension, or closure. Users are expected to keep registration and payment information accurate and up to date.

Acceptance of Terms and updates

Accessing any part of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of any rules specific to products such as sportsbook house rules or game-provider conditions. 11Winner may modify the Terms, policies, and product rules. When material changes occur, users are informed through in-product notices, banners, or an equivalent channel. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an update signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

Responsible play

The platform offers tools that help maintain control over play, including deposit limits, time reminders, cooling-off periods, and options for self-exclusion. When a user sets any of these restrictions, 11Winner enforces them as soon as operationally feasible and treats any attempt to bypass them as a breach of the Terms. Deposits, withdrawals, and wallet

You can deposit funds using UPI, Paytm, Cashfree, selected bank transfers, wallets, and cards, though availability may vary. The minimum deposit is 100 INR. Transaction limits and daily or weekly caps apply and will be displayed in the cashier. You confirm that all funds used are lawful and belong to you; third-party deposits and withdrawals are not allowed.

We may temporarily hold funds to complete security, AML, or KYC checks and might request additional documents before releasing them. Any third-party fees, like gateway charges, may be passed on to you if disclosed. You are also responsible for any bank charges or exchange-rate differences.

Sportsbook rules

Odds and markets are subject to change until acceptance. A bet becomes valid when a Bet ID is issued and the wager appears in the bet history. Settlements follow the official result from the governing body or a trusted data feed, and subsequent changes such as disciplinary decisions generally do not affect settlement unless the house rules state otherwise.

Obvious errors, abandoned events, venue changes, or materially incorrect prices may lead to voiding of selections in line with those rules. For in-play betting, delays, suspensions, and cash-out availability are not guaranteed because acceptance can be affected by technical or data latency; only confirmed bets stand.

Casino and live-dealer rules

RNG and live games are supplied by certified third-party studios, such as Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Ezugi, and others, whose specific game rules and logs govern outcomes. Should a session disconnect, the reconnection and auto-complete policies of the respective provider will apply. Per the provider’s rules, any malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Prohibited conduct

Users must follow the Terms, product rules, and applicable law. They may not create or control multiple accounts, impersonate others, provide false KYC or payment data, or engage in bonus abuse, arbitrage that exploits mechanics, collusion, or any form of automation such as bots or scraping.

Tampering with the client, manipulating odds or data feeds, money laundering, unlawful use of the Services, or abusive behavior toward staff or other users is forbidden. 11Winner may suspend or terminate accounts and confiscate bonus funds linked to prohibited activity, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, data, and other content within the Services belong to 11Winner or its licensors. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use. Reverse engineering, copying, redistribution, or creating derivative works is not permitted except where law provides otherwise.

Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the 11Winner Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, users acknowledge that their data will be collected and processed for purposes that include KYC, payments, security, responsible-play controls, analytics, and customer support.

Errors, outages, and force majeure

Pricing or settlement mistakes may be corrected, and affected bets may be voided in whole or in part in accordance with house rules. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, provider incidents, regulatory directives, cyber events, or natural disasters does not amount to a breach when reasonable mitigation steps are taken.

Suspension and termination

11Winner may suspend or terminate accounts when it suspects violations, fraud, unfinished KYC, chargebacks, abusive behavior, or where legal or regulatory reasons require action. Users may request account closure through the Help Centre, although pending investigations or legal obligations can delay the process. After termination, access ceases, and any remaining withdrawable balance is handled according to law and policy, with holds applied where investigations or compliance checks are underway.

Third-party content and links

Payment gateways, game providers, verification partners, and analytics providers operate under their own terms and policies. 11Winner is not responsible for their content, outages, or actions. Users should address disputes with the relevant third party while the platform assists within reasonable bounds.
